Can't turn ranked mode on

Yes im high enough level and have played it for most of my game time i played with a friend and had to turn it off and now the check box is just gone to turn it on anyone know how to fix ive tried resetting the game verifying files etc.

The game is the same with ranked on or off. I would care to much. You can que for Ranked and you will still be in the same que search as people unchecking ranked. Game use SBMM so no difference in lobbies. Very disappointing to be fair but should not be surprised in 2024. It's all about protecting bad players.

I understand but i want it on for rewards
