Can you make auto-sprint option?

In most critical situation there is always, ALWAYS, NO SPRINT. Why is that ??? Auto-sprint must be option in this game... brakeing my fingers to find that shift button with rheumatoid arthritis is just horrible dose of pain every time i try to do so...
