Cap gear in extraction modes maybe?

Game either needs solo mode or they need to cap gear available to take in "easy" raids. There already is the big advantage of 3 friends that play different character types for all the perks versus 3 randoms but the amount of those organized groups using higher tier gear and ammo is just making the game not fun for randoms.

No replies on this but was watching Phixate play this morning and someone in chat asked him the same thing and Phixate agreed that a gear tier cap for easy mode would probably help keep less experience players around.
