Weekly Pass Limit - Why Does It Exist?
Hi everyone,

I’ve been enjoying Delta Force and was planning to dedicate more hours to the game this week. However, I noticed that there's a weekly limit on the pass progression. It feels like I hit a wall, and now I’m questioning the sense of continuing to grind without any progress.

Does anyone know the reasoning behind this limit? It feels counterintuitive, especially for players like me who want to invest more time into the game.

Thanks in advance for any insights!

I asked the same thing. I guess its to keep you coming back, but I feel like I don't want to play it right now if I can't unlock the stuff I paid for while playing due to the cap. Pretty stupid idea.

Yes, it makes no sense—it feels like punishing the players who invest the most time in the game. I hope the devs remove it.

I'm a huge fan, not a hater in the slightest, but yeah, this bit is dumb, if I play a lot.. let me play and earn!

Hey buddy, most of us don't live in China where we need daddy to tell us what to do. If someone wants to play games for 8 hours, that's their prerogative, most of us actually live in free nations

yeah there is no reason for it to be here at all..

if someone wants to play 2 hours at week, or 10- 20 , let them ,-
there will always be hard core grinders , basement dwelling humans .- and the random cheaters ..

so , any attempt of so called " balanced " is already out the window and helps no one , with limiting what you earn ..

make your game better, more engaging to get us to come back -. and dont do this , for that would push many away , give a bad taste :steamsalty: ..:steamfacepalm:

On the contrary, it's to force you to keep playing the game over a long period of time

thats a choice , should be a choice ..

it does no benefits ..

humans will play this game non stop or not .. - sometimes in between regardless of this ..but for the sake of all of us .. remove the limit :emptyfist:

also, example, say someone wants to train , do better in the game ..and as a bonus , he will also get some exp by doing so .. great ..

now with this .. limit " surprised its not on weapon to or some " .. he can then train . all he wants , - with out gaining really anything except maybe skills.. that really sucks to ..

if its normal to do this in most games.. okay .. my bad - but it really have reason to be enable at all..

Ultimately it makes sense for it to be there because it encourages people coming back and staying active throughout the entirety of the season. Regardless, there's plenty of events and challenge type things to grind for, or weapons to level up if you're looking for something to work towards. Pick a new gun and level it up maybe

No benefits for the player, that's for sure. For the company ? Big benefits. It allows to extend player retention even when the game has problems. If the game is great ( cf : Old MW2 for exemple ), player keep playing even when everything is unlocked. If it's not so great, player will leave once they unlocked everything and wait for next content drop. Some won't come back even when new content is out ( cause other games are released and players only have limited time to play their whole library). Hence why a company want to keep player captive of the game for the whole season duration.

:gauntletpointer: exactly,. the limit has no reason at all to be here .. - and for all benfits of doubt .. they have a great game idea here ..

a shooting game like cod or battlefield
while also having tarkov ..
and who knows what else to comes ..

:steamfacepalm: but they seam to shoot them self in the foot, with problems :shit: this game has ..thats a choices they made ..but could be fixed .. questing is .. will they

doubt so, at least for the battle pass and unlocks time. Chinese F2P companies (and globaly all asian F2P ones) loves to drip feed content to players to keep them hooked by limiting the max progress per day/week. CF : all the gacha scene

Mobile game philosophy. Time gates like that have no place in PC games.
Halo infinite did the same thing and look how that game failed.

I was actually considering playing this game until I started reading the posts in this discussion. I researched the TiMi studio group and decided I have no interest in a company that wants to micromanage what other people do. I have enough of that bull crap at work!
