Missing G.T.I in Operator Hackclaw Event

I did all the challenges to get hackclaw and other stuff but the weapon CAR-15 skin.. can't.. is there a different challenges to get the last G.T.I to claim the last item in operator hackclaw.. shame only 2 days left before its gone
