how to fix "cant run in a virtual machine"

I'm not running a VM on this game I installed windows to my hard drive through virtualbox but now its not running on a VM i only installed it through the vm so i didnt have to wait 30 minutes sitting through the install screen for windows. Anything i can do or just not play the game?

VMs are prohibited per the Delta force game terms. Basicially you cant use that type of "cheat"

I play online via game streaming - I'm definitely not buying a gaming PC now....
They're not alone Battlefield doesn't work in a VM either.

Beta worked fine, now this version does not. Ruined my evening. Will skip bf also, we need a list of games not suitable for vm apparently. I could not find any article about this problem in general on wiki

You probably have vmware or equivalent drivers installed.

All those achievements with the same timestamp unlock say this dude is full of it.
