Temporary ban for no reason?

Earlier today I was playing perfectly fine. But then When i left and came back an hour later and boot up the game, it gave me the message that I was temporary banned for "using third-party cheating plugins" despite the fact i did literally nothing between my session. I left for an hour to eat so i don't know why i now got this message. It says i would be unbanned later this day but i'm still worried that im going to get permanently banned if I don't "uninstall the relevant plugins and applications in a timely manner". I am still completely unaware of what I've even done. What do I do?

I'm one to usually come on here and say "Hey, cry some more. Cheaters mad." Etc. But im having the same issue and never cheated in a game in my life. I keep getting booted from games with an error message saying -

"Our system detected irregular data activity on your account. For your characters security, you have been temporarily logged out. Please ensure compliance with proper gaming practices"

I'm not getting banned, but i am getting booted to desktop and lose all of my items in game. Starting to really piss me off. I 100% want to see all the cheaters in this game get banned ip/hardware however possible. But if you are going to start taking out innocent people in the crossfire, that is where you will lose me.

I've been enjoying the ♥♥♥♥ out of this game, I am rooting for them, i really am. But this ♥♥♥♥ cannot happen.

I was getting banned out of nowhere and i found a solution that worked for me so far.

Exactly at the time i was getting banned my Firewall (Windows Defender) blocked some action either from Delta Force or their anti-cheat ACE. So I just added it as an exception.

I don't know why but somehow this solved the problem.

nvm support helped me fix. My firewall was blocking some needed ACT stuff from delta force and that solved my problem.

Ok its been about 3 months since ive gotten this message and when i played after the ban i was perfectly fine despite doing literally nothing. (To clarify i played the day after the ban was lifted, and have continued to play). I've been playing every now and then and still nothing so I have no idea where my ban came from.

I have now definitively identified what caused my one-day ban. I tested it on another Steam account and was able to reproduce the issue, resulting in another ban (which is good in this case).

The ban is triggered when playing on a laptop with an external (wired) mouse. If you accidentally touch the trackpad a few times while simultaneously moving the mouse, the anti-cheat system flags it and issues a ban within a minute. This is an incredibly flawed detection method, and it’s beyond frustrating to get penalized for something as simple as using a standard laptop setup.

I feel comfortable logging into my main account again now that I know the cause and have disabled my trackpad. However, I’m still disappointed that support keeps dismissing my concerns with generic responses instead of properly addressing the issue.

Please escalate this to someone who can actually look into fixing the anti-cheat system to prevent false bans like this in the future.

Looking forward to a real response.

Unfortunately, there is virtually no player support for this game what so ever and they do not care. There are hundreds of things that could get you a ban in this game and they will never tell you whats causing it. I kept getting banned for no reason and turned out having team viewer installed on my PC ♥♥♥♥♥♥ with their anti-cheat. I use Team viewer to trouble shoot family pc issues or access it when im traveling and support was like too bad, if its on your pc it messes with our anti cheat. Such a joke.

Learn from your stupidity uninstall all your cheating software and play fair simples...

I am banned from Delta Force game for 365 days, and I didn't even manage to start the game.
It was literaly post-game installation process.
And no, I never used cheats for pvp games.

SOMETHING IS SERIOUSLY WRONG HERE. I Just received the same message, i was in lobby and went to get something from petrol station and came back to this farking message. WTF. Only just purchased pass yesterday also. This game has been causing net drop outs galore so that may be why then they should ban them selves for sending packets to the router that is considers critical and danger. I'm soooooooooooo Pissed off. Not even sure how long my ban is and the computer is practically a fresh formatted win 10. I do have Ghub installed as that is installed for the mouse to set DPI etc. This is insanity. Near 40 hours in the game and now this BS. What the f am i to remove ? I was running Qidi studio 3D printing software at time of ban but common it can't be that surely. The only other program i have running is Twinkle Tray so i can change brightness of monitor easy at night and day times.

Some have mentioned to change settings in I assume windows firewall but what the hell. Isn't that the games responsibility on install and allow access popup and i just checked Delta Force is allowed.

it better not be based on KD ups and downs because when i enter warfare and the server is filled with BOTS and there so easy, when it is all active players my k/D is minimal if not bad.

Any wanker that responds to this with remove your cheat software can suck a fat D. I don't use such a thing, I don't Give a F about KDR i just play games as there meant to be played.

Contact support through the in-game launcher. Be prepared for a wait; my 10-year ban was lifted after about two weeks and three tickets. As an innocent player, getting such a message is, of course, quite a shock at first.

12000 people have been banned in one month ,now that says a lot about the cheating in this game . Rumour has it that A.I. is now exposing hacks and cheat software .

This is easy to say—I used to be in the “Cry cheaters” camp too. That was until I got banned just for accidentally touching my trackpad while using a mouse, twice. The anti-cheat in this game is absolute trash.
