Temporary ban for no reason?

Earlier today I was playing perfectly fine. But then When i left and came back an hour later and boot up the game, it gave me the message that I was temporary banned for "using third-party cheating plugins" despite the fact i did literally nothing between my session. I left for an hour to eat so i don't know why i now got this message. It says i would be unbanned later this day but i'm still worried that im going to get permanently banned if I don't "uninstall the relevant plugins and applications in a timely manner". I am still completely unaware of what I've even done. What do I do?

I got banned for 1 Year for no Reason, When the game came out on 5. Dec i played like 4-6 Games went off bc i need to wake up early for Work came back from work and now iam banned. I Wrote GTI why i get banned bc there is no Reason wroten. My PC is fully resetet. Waiting for an answer from GTI.

Me too. And I tried asking for help on discord and I also got banned from the discord group. It's terrible.

Learn from your stupidity uninstall all your cheating software and play fair simples...

Just received a temporary ban which said: "Please do not use third party cheating plugins or applications to experience the game. To protect the security of characture data you account has been temporarily banned. If you do not install the relevant plugins and applications in a timely manner your account will be permanently banned."

This happened after playing three games yesterday then trying to play last night. The game was unplayable. It took multiple attempts to sign in to the game and then everything in the lobby was laggy. Error messages popping up about inventory sync data. Had to force quit the game exit it. This morning it seemed better. I could actually interact with the items in my inventory but then "The Ban" popped up.

No idea how to proceed and the game gives you know clues as to what is causing the conflict or whats being flagged as a "relevant plugin or application"

They ban my discord for no reason too...
