Short answer is, yes. Same exact frame rate dips and massive stutter for 3-5 seconds at a time over and over in Delta Force. I had my GPU utilization monitor running and when the frame rate dips and stutters, the GPU usage drops to below 10% consistently. Does not matter what graphics settings you use, what map you're on or whether or not you did a full DDU and reinstall of your driver. Only fix currently I have found is to roll back to 24.8.1. At least for my 6950XT.

don't roll back just for this game just stay on 24.12.1 then type -dx11 on your steam launch options but fsr will be removed and vram will be fully maxed out but dont worry massive stutters and gpu dips will be gone, this works for me and a lot of amd owners too but the only problem i have in this game is no matter what API i choose is the gpu hotspot is way hotter than i expected compared to other games i have all of my current games is 20c apart from gpu temp to hotspot temp but this game im having 25c to 29c lol this aint a AAA game bruh... :(

Still having problems with stutters after typing in “-dx11”
For most downgrading to 24.8.1 is the sure fix

Downgrade to 24.8.1, it helps for me. I have 7800xt, and its run much stable and higher frames.
Am on 7700XT 12 GB - am with the 24.8.1 , 144 FPS until it frame drops out of nowhere , to like 40 fps . Any other ideas ? I tried with the -dx11 did nothing for me . Had 1070Ti in the very same PC 1 week ago and the game was WAY more stable and consistent , it never frame dropped with the NVIDIA 5 generations old !

I just downloaded the new 25.2.1 driver.

BUTTERY smooth fps on my 7800XT.

25.1.1 was.. bad.
