For me I think it may be because I have COX and I just got a notification they are having network issues but everything works but gaming. I guess I'll see around 1pm

Eh, I don't think it's a Cox issue. No reported issues in my area and I just tried launching another game (Apex) and it works just fine.

My game Launches but after compiling resources it just automatically quits, cant even get a single minute of playing the game

To be honest, I seriously suspect that it is a black and white collusion that covers up cheats. In addition, there are many bugs. Tarkov has been in beta for several years, while Delta has already shown itself as the official Def version. Is this appropriate? This is not appropriate. The resources in the game are limited, and food and beverages are not edible or drinkable. There are many more!
