Is anyone one else getting insta deaths ???
Don't know whats happening but myself and my friend are getting into games and getting what seems like one tapped (hear 2 thud sounds then dead ) even in gunfights were we are getting first shots off and after like 8 hitmarks they turn and bang Im insta killed ...somethings off and dont seem quite right which is frustrating the big game mode is the one mainly this is happening on i played the alpha and didn't get this happening at all and yea the ttk is really low but it just feels like i am firing rubber bullets at people while there using tank shells just wondering if anyone else getting this or if there was a setting or something we are missing?

There was a lot of this sh1t yesterday. But today it seems like that banned some cheaters and I don't encounter this so frequently.
Yep... in every match. Sometimes through heavy smoke, sometimes from angles that it should no be possible... cheaters or gunplay issues. Or both. Gun balance seems WAY off too

yea me and my mate are both getting it didnt know if it was like a server side lag issue or something we were missing like e.g settings ....i remember when bf4 released it had a very similar thing going off with it ...hope they fix it soon as this game has some very decent things going for it and loads of potential

as for the cheater scenario i always look at the leader board for like silly scores to deaths and tbf ive not seen anything un toward as yet i rekon its mainly sever side shizzle which i hope they get sorted out

yea somthings not adding up atm seems strange didnt get anything at all in the alpha played like a dream tbf that why its frustrating

could be a netcode problem, ttd is way too short and ttk seems sometimes too long.

had that one today. looks like sniping /DMG cheats. since sniper have only 39 rpm its no way i goit two taps shots from him.

yea chances are its a server side problem its like all the bullets are registering all at once which would make sense on the fact of dying so fast so what were seeing is not what there seeing and vice versa

The netcode for the game is utter garbage.
Shoot roughtly in the direction of an enemy and watcht them die after you stopped shooting because he ran into spot your bullets just impacted.

Yes, the netcode is pretty bad it's hard to actually discuss issues with the game thanks to the china/AC/etc circle jerk. I even get shot through the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ground I have no idea if hacks for this game allow you to do that but I'll be crawling on the ground and get insta beamed, then the death cam shows the person is below the cliff side and the only way to kill me is to shoot through the entire mountain.

Because the engine is a toolkit meant to be used for any game genre. As someone who has worked extensively in the UE ecosystem, this is intentionally left up to you. Epic doesn't give you one out of the box, it's your responsibility to setup your networking depending on what type of game your building. Instead of playing the "hAhAhAhA Unreal Engine" game let's pin this on the devs to improve?
