remove -useallavailablecores it does not work and make us look stupid
just use -dx11 on steam launch options apparently it works but vram leak is there just use medium settings but it removes stuttering and fsr will be removed also.

I have RTX 3090, but the game still plays better with this option.
Didn't check for VRAM leaks yet, I have 24GB VRAM, so maybe I didn't notice. But will check the next time I play the game.

Wrong! I used -dx11 -useallavailablecores and it definitely IMPROVED my stuttering, though it didn't eliminate it.
