If your system hard crashes because of a game. Then your system has issues somewhere.
does not mater something is wrong with your system. BSOD is always a system problem. except memory leak but then everyone would have it.
Check temperatures and broken/missing drivers.
Or Antivirus Incompatibilities, Antiviruses LOVE doing BSOD sometimes.
Or maybe bad ram overclock
Doesn't matter if your computer is new, or system is new. Something is wrong. Unless you don't actually want to fix the problem.
It also doesn't matter if its only 1 game causing the BSOD, it just means its a very specific problem, but that problem may get worse, or you will see it with other games you just haven't found them yet.
Many games not limiting their FPS on loading screen overcrank my CPU that much that my PSU says, nananana, that's way to much power....
What I do is disable any overlocking, limit FPS to like 80, undervolt GPU.
It means your PSU cant handle your CPU on 100%.
You need to buy a better PSU...
I'd rather have my PC shutdown than damaging it because some components melted down.
Thats not how it works.
IT DOES NOT MATER HOW UNOPTIMISED A GAME IS.
Nothing can push your system more then 100% except if you overclock your system.
If runing your CPU at 100% is an issue it means either your cooling is not good enough for your PC or your PSU is too weak to handle it.
so many people cheap out on cooling and Psu then they wonder why their System have issues LOL
Either your PSU or Cooling is inadequate for your CPU. you should fix it instead of screwing around with your voltages and throwinng money out of the window because you bought a CPU you cant fully utilise.
There is no melting only if you don't have good cooling and airflow. and even then there are failsafes.
I remember this i was there.
Those type of cards had a defect it wasnt the games fault, they could not handle being utilised in specific ways by the game.
It was all a huge bait with the news about it blaming on the game, but in reality it was bad cards.
You need to watch out with fear mongering news.
Defects are VERY rare even if news make it look like its allot.
Don't be afraid lol
It was the same with the 4090 cards melting cabless and it was mostly user errors bending the cabless and overclocking the crap out of it.
And it just magically stopped lol
Games CANT break your PC. your system CANT go higher then 100% its impossible except if your Overclocking or have faulty pieces.
I have games where i have 500+ or even 2000 FPS in the menues lol
It does not mater if you have a proper PSU and cooling that can handle your stuff on 100% AS IT SHOULD !
The ONLY thing they can do is if they have a memory leak because then your system will slowly lose memory to the point your windows cant operate normaly and then it will crash with a BSOD or just freeze. but that also really don't hurt the components.
Stop talking out of your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, you're not helping anyone.
Thousands of people have this same problem and you're pretending it's not real. Be quiet.
