They trying to avoid the very strick trash sbmm that cod has.
Thankfuly.
We have a very light sbmm.
Personaly i do not notice it at all in this game thx to the huge ammount of people your playing with in a match.
Did you even read the other comments? Game has SBMM
In Battlefield i get moments with a big kill streak and crazy random moments.
But with SBMM its always same ♥♥♥♥... so sad...
That's basically what it comes down to. Originally I thought only the Ranked mode had SBMM but it's literally everywhere. From comments I read around the net it also doesn't seem to work very well as there are methods and playstyles that can get you a lot of points fast without directly fighting others and the SBMM seems to take these into consideration so you end up fighting players way above your level. Unfortunate.
I assume its cranked so much to accomodate such a big playercount modes but knowing if you will lose a match based on literally first 2 minutes is pretty hilarious not gonna lie. 8/10 times you know if match is over just by looking at what your team does, legit during first minutes you already know general outcome of the match.
I dont mind SBMM in general just sharing my experience but this is really corny and somehow even worse than EOMM/SBMM combo in new CoD titles.
This is another huge issue. No matter if you like sweaty shooters or not, SBMM shouldn't put you in servers with 150 ping, especially not in an FPS.
