Can we confirm that the Anti-cheat removal on uninstall is fixed?

They mentioned in a FAQ update that the anti-cheat is now removed upon uninstalling the game. Can someone with adequate PC knowledge verify this, before I try the game? Thanks in advance

I did uninstall it 5min ago. can't find any AntiCheat expert garbage. Without using CMD
