Extraction Mode already busted

Played during the closed Beta Test and Release Day with Friends and had no issue. Played solo since and the experience is night and day.

First off at the start you have to make a decision to either run solo to your Objective or follow the randoms to theirs...
The way the Game is set up doesn't reward Teamplay. Imagine your Team is opening a Safe or something and you hold the door as a good Teammate would and once its open they grab all the loot and don't share anything with you.
It seem that everyone is just running off to their own Objective, people don't share heals if you need some. They don't revive or even try to do so, once you get downed everyone just runs off abandoning you, the toxicity of voice chat is 10/10.
It does make sense tho why would I risk my gear/loot to help the random? It seems like Solo Mode instead of Trios would've made more sense.
Those are small things but they can get out of hand very fast and make the Game can-cer for any solo player.

I played only one game with randoms and got a rock solid teammate.

But I guess that was luck, wouldn't expect any kind of cooperation/communication in majority of cases.

Would be awesome to play with real-life friends. But getting those in the 40's who also want to play game extaction shooter is SF.

After playing it for 12 hours or so, don't worry about the others, only 2 out of 10 times you will find good companions, focus on the missions. Also, everyone runs to the safes. I think I'm the only one who will level up.
