while the way i worded the post comes off as joking. im 100% serious. Frame Gen doesnt add as much input lag as you think. it really depends on what your base framerate is im getting about 150 fps meaning FG at that frame rate is 0.5 ms the input lag also isnt additive as its inserted generated frames meaning on my 2 ms monitor i WONT notice the input lag in this game. i also use FG on cod and am iridescent people who complain are ether uneducated or riding off copium because they need a excuse to blame there bad gameplay.

Let the man have his damn frame gen.. Everyone already knows the technical caveats to it. Some people still like it folks.

if you have an amd gpu, you can literally enable frame gen in the app. Fluid motion frames 2.0 is frame generation, but there is also radeon super resolution which uses in-driver-based upscaling for higher framerate.

He just wants the option to use it lmao, not forcing on everyone. Besides, FG works pretty well if you have more than 60fps

as i said i have a 4080. That also being said AFMF isnt as good as in game FG since it doesnt have access to the motion vectors if it was that simple id just use lossless scaling but i only use that for single player
