NO footsteps / ladder etc sounds

Even very old shooters have this.
It's not even enough to hear footsteps, you also have to be able to hear where the noise is coming from

Same with vehicles, audio levels are off and inaccurate and it gets worse in different altitudes. It muffles on top of another vehicle.



You can't hear the tank coming in until it gets really closed, the helicopter drops the volume down for the tank.
Same with footsteps, gunshots, etc.

Can confirm, facing the same issues almost every raid - cannot hear footsteps 90% of the time no matter how close someone is, and when I can, the surround is off and can't tell if someone is below or above or on the same level as you.

Try turning off the HRTF audio... it messed up my games too
Now I can hear clearly if someone is above, below, how far away and if it's a player or AI (mostly)
