Do not stop getting merit on easy mode rather make penalty for gain e.g - you will get 10% less on plat, 20% less on dia and so on

or

Remove that ridiculous normal entry gear value

There are people who wants to play rankeds but are forced to stop coz we have also WORK in our lives, we have to play two easy on no gear just to buy minimum required gear rof normal just to be killed in first minute by gold gears

I am not saying that is bad, its just we dont have any fun in that and leaving to play unrankeds on easy where we can at least shoot with our guns and have normal gear

OTHER SOLUTION

- recruit tickets for gear shoud replenish /not being reward) - each hour you get one
- medium tickets (or how its called) - after reaching PLAT - it should replenish each hour and half

that should ppl help to play rankeds on normal if thay have a JOB because in current state we have no chance

At this point they should just settle to one "difficulty" for good. No entry or cap for gear value, every quest doable in that one difficulty. Right now normal+ is just a cheat fest. I get notes about banned people from my reports almost daily. One difficulty would mean there is a bigger chance you get non-cheater lobby.
