Bad Performance on AMD GPUS
I have ryzen 9 5950x and a rx 7800 xt with 64GB of RAM, and the game at high settings and AMD FSR 2.0 from 75 fps drops to 40 so many times.
Even COD BO6 that is more heavily is more optimized and I dont have any FPS drop.

this is just a opionin, but its a competitive FPS, id highly recommend only playing at 1080p, the game is even more unfriendly with ultrawide resolutions. you could use FSR at 1080p to get 4k, even if your desktop resolution is 1080p it will still scale to your tv, but i still wouldn't recommend it. if you want 4k regardless of FSR @ 1080p for 4k, youll want to lock the game at 60FPS. otherwise you will start hitting the "throttle" temperatures, which will cause stuttering. until the temp stabilizes, but of course then its just going to do it again when it overheats.

frame gen can be useful, but its very very power hungry, it also bypasses vsync and other fps locks forcing your pc to deliver the absolute highest fps possible. which will lead to heating issues.
I'm running the -dx11 both on Steam and on the game launcher and it seems to have fixed the issue on my RX 6700XT

7800 here, game runs flawlessly
hey mate are you on latest amd radeon driver?
I see. so there's still no fix. No fix no play.
25.2.1 didn't fix it either, testing again with 25.3.1 and then again after I obtain my 9070 XT

Dont buy AMD if drivers are an issue
yeah i had over 200 fps in the past now i come back to the game, and it gimps at 120 with heavy framedrops, hilarious

Such an out of date fanboyism, AMD drivers have been as stable as Nvidia drivers for years now.

Drivers aren't the issue, the game is the issue.
After hours of trying to find/troubleshoot this issue, disabling SAM was the only thing that 'fixed' it. I still get fps drops but the 1% lows aren't near as bad, so the game feels much smoother. This is the only game I play that has this problem, so it feels like more of a game issue than a driver/gpu issue. 7600x / 7900xt

I play at 1080p the FSR I just use to get more FPS, and still have FPS drop, also with no FSR the performance is worst

The problem is not AMD drivers, the problem is there are a lot of game devs that don't optimize their games to AMD cards, is not driver issue, I run B06 at 300 fps without issues and runs flawlessly, but Delta Force devs proved they dont have any experience on optimizing their games!

They seemed to not care abt their game at all
Guys I have a solution that none of you been talking about. I have a 5950x 16c 32t and an rx6959xt I used to get between 80 to 120 with lows all the way to 40 and I was wondering how when me PC is fairly good and runs much more demanding games at higher resolution. Well there's a problem with AMD GPU with software that monitors the GPU power. You need to disable any app settings that is monitoring the GPU power. Ones disabled you will stop getting micro stutters and low fps.
