System which is made based on score/minute is just wrong when so many important things during match reward very little score.
Play the objective.
OP's problem is maybe he got high numbers in a match, but the match was a really really long one. Also, he probably wasn't healing and ammo refilling. And he probably wasn't using score-streaks that effectively. A well placed spawn beacon behind enemy lines or a power vehicle can lead to a big increase in SPM. So his SPM would still be low in the grand scheme of things if he didn't do these things.
