Ban without reason. Please explain.
I'm so tired of bans for no reason for 24 hours.
What's wrong with this game?
Real cheaters play calmly, but ordinary players should just shoot down enemy snipers and immediately get banned.
I don't have any other theories about why I'm being banned anymore.
I don't use any cheats, I'm just an average player.
And when players with 200+ kills are running in matches, no one cares and they are not banned.
I have no more words...
This nonsense completely discourages the desire to play...
------
Does anyone know why I get these bans?

They tend to put some weird gaming features (macros for example) to give you that competitive edge over other players & those might be considered ban-able by the developers. Remember, this is Tencent we are talking about. They are technically the same company behind Vanguard (Valorant). They haven't even released a console port of this game. I think they believe that the current standards of controller aim assist is unfair as it gives console players a competitive edge.

Lastly, what I can say is that run a full virus scan of your PC with Windows Defender & Malwarebyte's free edition. See if any compromise comes up that might flag the Anti-cheat. Also, do disable all in-game overlays (if your monitor has a built in cross-hair system then that too). Overlays are the main method that most modern cheaters use so it might trigger false-positive flags in anti-cheats even if they're harmless (that's coming from my professional experience).

Hope your issue is fixed soon. :steamsad:

I can't seem to open the image (might be a problem on my end). The game's banning policy is a bit wonky. People have reported bans due to the use of VPNs, hardware acceleration features like anti-ghosting, zero-lag, using controllers, overlays & playing with a cheater on your team (even if you didn't know it). Its really a matter of company policies & what they deem as ban-able. You should contact their support team to see what flagged your account for this action.

I contacted tech support, they refer to problems on my part with the Internet connection and some problems with computer mouse drivers.
Earlier, I received an answer that GHUB for the PRO WIRELESS mouse, has some kind of built-in settings for cheaters.
But this time I already played without it, I deleted GHUB, but I still got banned...
Tomorrow after unblocking I will try another mouse.

That means ghub is not a reason of a ban and I don't have anymore ideas

Thank you so much for the advice, indeed, the crosshair system from my monitor's program can also give false requests to the anti-cheat system. I will try to remove the software for mice, keyboard and monitor and check the PC.
Thank you so much for your support and help! :DeltaForce_Lovehug:
