Subject: Game Won’t Launch – Stuck on Black Screen

Hello,

My name is NESRELLAH Ben. I recently installed Delta Force: Hawk Ops, but I’m unable to launch the game properly. When I try to start it, the launcher opens but then gets stuck on a black screen and nothing happens.

I have already tried the following steps:

Ran the game as administrator

Updated all my drivers (GPU, DirectX, etc.)

Disabled antivirus/firewall temporarily

Verified game files through Steam

Reinstalled the game


My PC meets all the recommended system requirements.
