Ban for "Violation of user agreement"

I read 10 pages here of players complaining about this same issue and DF does nothing to fix it. Customer support is the worst I have ever seen, there is no explanation or details and they respond with copy paste answers. Filling the appeal form does not make any difference and don't even try Discord support. They came up with this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ list of apps that you can't have installed (which I have none) and I still got banned out of nowhere after playing a couple of Warfare matches. This happened to me Season 1 and I stopped playing because of it and it is still the same ♥♥♥♥. Its about time that we group and take collective action against them, I am pretty sure this is considered FRAUD since we all spent money and are unable to play the game. Not mentioning the actual cheaters that bypass all this nonsense while destroying the game undetected. Does anybody know what steps can be done from here?

Try contacting the better business bureau if you're in the usa, give them the whole list of details, they will talk to the company and request a formal statement.

They ban everyone, yet they somehow cant even get all the people spamming the Chat with some Account Boosting discord Server even Muted. This is peak stupid.
