What is happening about Queqe

I have tried to queqe in Zero Dam Normal (All fking Normal map) and it's take 46 mins still can't find a single match so! i go join with other player in difference zone (Mine is Asia)
Well it work! with 200+++ Ping what the h is going on ? ( some said i got ShadowBan )

I tried to Find with my mate ( 6 persons)and it really surprise me cause the other can find a match in 5-10 sec expect me and whoever in my Squad can't find a match
