Ethernet connection completely stops when I have Delta Force open
The day after I started playing Delta Force, my connection stopped working whenever i had the game open.

I tried fixing it with playing on the native launcher, renewing IP and such with Command Prompt, validating files, using a VPN, and so many other things relating to internet connection, but none seem to help at all.

My internet connection works just fine up until I open Delta Force, and then it completely stops. Once I close Delta Force, it goes back to normal.

How do I solve this?

A little googling points me towards an issue with your motherboard, its ethernet driver, or the port itself. afaik it has nothing to do with the game

Everything works just fine until I open up Delta Force, the only exception

Turn off your vpn, firewall, WiFi if it's on for any reason and try pinging a site via cmd line to see if you can get to the internet. Also ipconfig /all before and after running DF to see if anything changes.

nothing changes when I do ipconfig /all. Could it be that I'm not using a static IP? I currently have to always renew my IP using ipconfig /renew if I want to activate my ethernet for the day, must i have a static IP?

I just did a secure reset on my PC and downloaded Delta Force first to see if it works, and it still doesn't.

Not sure what your setup is, but it's not normal to have to renew your IP daily. I haven't manually renewed my IP for years on any pc in my network or my clients networks and I use them every day via ethernet. Maybe check your network profile for the ethernet card. It probably should be set to DHCP so it picks up whatever address your router is allocating. Typically only business class internet has a static i.p. where it doesn't change. Every time you unplug your router it's very possible it will assign a new i.p. You can force a local i.p. to your network card which can be helpful in certain circumstances as in config files hardcoded to a certain i.p. Your router (or modem/router if just one device) should handle allocating your local i.p. within the range that it's set for. Sounds like either a misconfiguration issue with your network card or router issue. Can't think of any reason that Delta Force would cause the ethernet to stop working. Maybe their kernel level anti-cheat is messing with your network stack. DF wouldn't use the same ports as your browser, so pinging and browser access should keep working.

Idk bro, as soon as I boot up Delta Force my network connection just stops completely, can't load anything on my browser, Discord loses connection, basically everything related to the connection stops working.

My other friends that play DF don't have the same issue and it seems like I'm the only one with this problem, I'm getting kinda frustrated trying to find solutions for this problem

I don't even play this game, just tried when it was in beta but i used to have this poblem with black desert online.
check if you're using your motherboard drivers for lan and if you have "Killer LAN driver" uninstall it, let windows install the generic driver for your ethernet.

That's how i fixed my problem back then.
The same me. Sometime when i' am on delta force i lose the ethernet connection.... only when i close the game, restart a connection... .this problem with last update.... (if i turn on the pc for 24h or i play at other game i not lose Lan connection....)
