Black Hawk Down: Black Screen on Launch

After starting a new mission, the new window opens but it just stays as a black screen forever.

I've tried restarting, checking files, running as administrator, checked GPU drivers.

(I can run the other game modes with no issue)

i just had this issue today and for me, Buddies game loaded and not mine. But when i host the lobby it starts for me
