i can't download and play Black hawk down

i both enjoy multi and singleplayer on this game unlike many toxic people. but i can't play the Black hawk down campaign , i downloaded it on steam and i still can't play it because the game pretend it's not yet downloaded when i am on its own menu , with the soldier in front of the crashed Black hawk, but when i do it , it make an neverending loading without i know when the campaign would available... why? is that because there's not enough free space on the disk? or it's a unfixed glitch?

quit the game and go to steam store page for BHD and press download or play button, it should download another 23gb for this add on.

but that's what i does ! but i finalmly came on properties and steam reupdate delta force for BHD now, it's over soon
