can't play black hawk down

i both enjoy multiplayer and solo modes unlike many toxic players. but for some reason i can't play the campaign , the game pretend it's not downloaded yet but they don't let me play it, i downloaded the addon within the game and in steam but the game refuse to launch the campaign. what solutions?
