The game kind of does.

THIS
The devs LITERALLY came out an said the game doesn't have SBMM
https://www.thegamer.com/delta-force-devs-confirm-game-doesnt-have-traditional-sbmm/
Obviously top players don't want SBMM as it means less easy kills, however someone whose literally played the game for 10 days (like myself) shouldn't be up against a team with 4 Field Marshals. That is quite literally a barrier to the game.
The devs sadly don't appear to be using monitoring algorithms to see if there is a big imbalance in matchups
"1. Protecting the experience of every new player - we don't want new players to be overwhelmed when they first get into the game, and we want to give them some time to learn"
You can't as a dev on one hand say they don't want new players to be put off the game and then allow that same group of players to be facing the top players. For me personally the only reason I keep coming back to DF is because I have RL friends who play.
Maybe we don't need SBMM but those who are consistently wiping entire team (most are Field Marshalls by now) need to be separated some how.
I would suggest that more casual players shouldn't loose merit when they face them and where there are enough players online they shouldn't be in the same matchup
DF need to implement a system that even if not going as far as SBMM protects newer players to the game.
