Report a translation problem
1. Uninstall the delta force test client and live client.
2. Open your steam directory and delete everything to do with delta force. It should already be gone after uninstalling, just make sure it is.
3. Open start menu, type %appdata% and hit enter.
4. Delete everything starting with df_. That is what Delta force uses for their file naming, for some reason.
5. Reinstall the Delta Force client.
After doing this, I stopped having this issue. To be honest, it did not improve the performance of my game or anything like that. It just made me not have to hit retry when opening the game. Hope this helps.
I did play the closed beta yes. But I uninstalled it properly (atleast I think).

no, I use only Windows Defender for last couple years.
Also you can use another trick - Install 3rd party Antivirus and add game folder, launcher/game executables to the exception and it will work.
