Easiest way for high score per minute (in my opinion anyway) is play engineer and get vehicle damage in. Most AT4 hits on a vehicle net you only slightly less score than that of a normal player kill (roughly 140-170) so even if you don't get any vehicle kills its a nice top up. If you start adding in a couple of vehicle kills a match then that's 1500+ score per kill and potentially 2700+ score if its a high-threat target.
