Is there customer support for general help?

Long story short: I don't use steam for this game but played on the official launcher from the website. Starting today I'm unable to log in due to my account using a college email that is no longer active. Apparently once you graduate my school closes down the account... I had it set to code verification not a password so that is why I cannot just go back in.

I did email [e-mail] but I'm skeptical I will hear anything back as I am not even sure that was the place to do so.

Is there anyone from the Delta Force staff that could please help me? I just want to change my email to another one I have access to.

The customer support were redirect to AI mails reply which means this game has done nothing for their players
