Is a wipe planned for operation mode? Because I'm currently accumulating my money but if it's for wipe in a week I need to know :')

No mandatory wipes. Optional ones for skins etc.

he means they are intruducing something similar to a prestige system you reset your account to lvl 1 fresh for bonus account rewards like skins etc.
