the stuttering.... do you use any external game settings changer? such as nVidia control panel? try via them...
It's not a problem with my hardware or system. It is, in fact, an issue with the game. I have never had an this issue (or any others) with any other game.
The fact that a game has trouble with SAM is nuts. If you look on the games discord, or do a quick google search, there are a lot of people having this issue with this game.
I played the demo and beta without any issues. It ran perfectly. I have only had this issue after the game released. The game needs some work and I hope they can fix this issue soon.
Disabling SAM for one game is such a dumb proposition. Some games require SAM in order to run their best, and I hate disabling it.
Go back to 24.5.1
But people already proposed numerous solutions to the problem in other topics.
OP just need to use search.
I have searched a lot. All of the fixes I have seen have not worked for me so far. I have 2 more options I'm going to try before I completely give up on this game.
1. Go to "Power Options"
2. Choose "High perfomance"
3. Klick on "Change Settings"
4. Click on "Change andvanced Power settings"
5. Disable "USB selective suspend setting"
Even the intro is smooth ;)
It also seems to randomly appear after updates.
You can try to rebuild the shader cache, but it might come back after a game or two. It's a common issue with UE5.
Downgrading GPU driver might not be the solution, it was already there when the game came out during the old AMD driver.
It's just on dev's side to fix these things. It's linked to the shaders.
As for SAM, it's basically required to run things better, SAM is an upgrade as REbar is for Nvidia.
If something isn't working well with SAM or REbar, it's on the app's fault.
