Buff AS Val

its got high fire rate but its really not good compared to other weapons, pretty much every other gun is better so it should be buffed.

The funny thing is is that the VAL, the VSS, and the SM3 are all basically the same weapon. They all fire the 9x39mm. The VAL and the VSS have essentially the same attachments yet the VSS does more damage, has more recoil and slower rate of fire. The SM3 just doesn't have an integral suppressor.
