Regarding Premium Keycard 30-day access card.

I bought it through buying the resources needed to craft it. (At the time 1.3 million roughly)
And when I bought it, it never showed up in my collection items like it said it would.

I restarted the game, nothing happened. It just says sold out, and took my alloy that took me a few hours to get. This card can be found in T&E Lab in the card holder's section. Please if this is a glitch, I want my alloy back if possible or a fix to the glitch :(

Idm the 1.3mil alloy loss if future attempts to buy the premium keycard 30-day access card is successful. But as a warning to everyone, DO NOT purchase it, I don't know if this is a glitch only I am having or if everyone is having it.

That holder is in your holder menu. Click the card holder in your stash and change it to the new one you bought.
