1) PC > OS > User > user name > AppData > Roaming > df_launcher_globalSteam number > 29158 > look inside the service
2) Quarantine the internal [ApasRemoteConfig] file to another location.

It is highly possible that an error was being thrown when wondering which way to log in on the steam side.
