How to manually restart shaders ?
Is there any way to do it ? I think it might help solve stuttering issue

I didn't get the shader load like the first time i opened the game and I also get stutters in matches when i go from zone to zone, after i reinstalled videocard and deleted all shaders. It doesn't seem shaders are recompiled at all.
