I HAVE BEEN BANNED FOR SOMETHING THAT I DON'T KNOW WHY

There is suddenly a message said i have been banned for a day due to violation of user agreement. How to report this? I was just casually playing normally, without even chatting anything. But suddenly i was logged out and there is a message that i was banned. can someone explain this?

Dont run macros or anything that makes your gameplay enhanced thats what we all call cheating.

no, i don't even use any third party apps. I just really played like a normal player. in my sixth or seventh game, the notification suddenly popped up and i was logged out. I just want to know which rules that I violated, if there was really any.

There was something you was running that was suspicious so you need to read the terms and agreement

The game doesn't ban you for no reason, because if that was the case there would be thousands crying on the forums.

Level 0 account claiming he didnt do anything lol. When you cheat you get banned. Hopefully you learn something.

Same problem happened to me today around 5pm. ım a new bee dont know how to cheat or any programs and apps. ı was with the hacklaw knıfe beginning at the game. loot a case from my team mates shoot from aksarah soldier and suddenly got the message that ı got ban to 24 hrs. what the hack. ı cant even organize my computer, how could ı cheat !!!!!

This is a warning ban, next time you will be banned for 10 years. I strongly recommend disabling all programs except the launcher and the game.

Man as ı told before ım not a gamer. just started playing since 10 days. ı dont know any cheating methods.
my stash has 2 guns and some ammos and my blanace ıs almost 10.000 if ı cheat should have some money in it. ı even couldnt kill any operator only kill the aksarah soldiers.
today after spawn 10s later my mate shoot a soldier and ı loot the case for gun bcz ı had only hacklaws knife. ı had nothing on me no weapons or bags anything. 10 sec after looting that case ı got banned. probably my random team mate reported me as a cheater bcz ı got the loot before him so automaticaly system banned me from his report. and this is ridicilious.
ı was motivated to play this game even its so hard to fight with other operators but was learning how to play fpv games.
the last time ı play those kind of games was 20 yrs ago first delta force game with cds. :)

will see tmrw what will happen after my ban goes away. and ım gonna report customer service bcz i like the game and play.

в очередной раз банят во время игры. Потерял весь свой лут. Уверен что те парни которых я убил, кинули мне репорты (обиженные) и игра просто взяла и выкинула за (странную активность) Хорошо! а как меня убивают сквозь стены так всем плевать и сколько бы я не кидал репортов, еще не пришло ни одного ответа. Очередной кал, а не игра!
