"Please close ACE-BASE before starting the game"

Sometimes, after closing Delta Force, opening a game that runs with EAC gives that error.
But ACE-BASE is not running.

Same thing with net stop ACE-BASE.

Looks like it's the sole reason why other games using EAC are not running for me.
