operations refuses to load

so far ive only played warfare which worked fine but whenever i try to load operations theres about 5 to 10 minutes of loading screens until it says a message like "connection interrupted" or "you are already in tutorial stage map easy: return or cancel" and no matter what i click it starts the load process again and again.
