Loadout notifications never stop appearing

In the main menu, the loadout button never stops flashing, and every time I go inside the loadout menu, it will tell me to open the primary weapon menu, and every time I go into the primary weapon menu, it will tell me to go to the upgrade menu.

All I wanna know is, does anyone else have this little annoying problem? Is there a way to stop it? Thank you.
