Problem with discord. please help after yesterday seemless update of the game

Hello all , I have been playing DF for about a month now with no problems and enjoying the game but today i joined up with my usual squad mates on discord and proceeded to launch the game.

As soon as i get to the menu screen the game seems to block my mirc transmitting on discord.

I have tried all the usual simple fixes including running discord in admin and launching discord in the browser but still the problem remains.

all my drivers are up to date as far

I had the same issue and it was actually to do with my PC specs, since I've upgraded its stopped - I don't know what yours are, but as a workaround we would squad up in the game and use the in game squad voice chat rather than discord. Not my favourite but it was better than playing blind with friends
