Banned for nothing

Yesterday I got banned for literally nothing. I didn't play Operations mode for 2-3 days, I just sat in the menu and crafted items. Support does not want to give the reason or check the issue, but only receives copy-and-paste answers. I don't have any macros or software. I have been playing actively, day in and day out, on my main account for over a month now instead of creating a new account. It's completely nonsense that the system can ban you for nothing and the support doesn't care at all. I read that some programs such as vanguard, ghub, discord or overlays can cause "detection", but it's funny that support has no intention of checking what really happened and gets the answer that anticheat is not wrong

As I said, mine was for using the screen shot and record function BUILT INTO STEAM. People have been banned just for HAVING GHub. That is like getting your dog shot by the ATF just for owning a gun having never used it for a crime. Auto aim and auto fire are NOT possible with GHub. My statement stands.

You agreed not to have any ghubs or debuggers etc. running while playing the game, you had to agree in order to make an account. you AGREED and now youre mad because you didnt abide the rules and it got you banned.

ATF and dogs is lmao reaching when talking about software and accounts. But anyway if ATF tells you "You are not allowed to have a dog in this area. If you do, we gonna shoot it. Do you agree?" you agree but still get a tiny 3 legged blind dog without teeth, it cant hurt anyone right? ATF comes, shoots the dog because they told you so and probably end up shooting you when you go ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy blaming them for something is solely your own fault.

after accepting the terms of use, it is not written anywhere that you cannot use ghub. It is forbidden to use macro. The fact that they say not to use 30 programs that are not even for cheating because it can give a false positive result is their problem and faulty security. They do not even recommend using a recording program from nvidia because it can result in an unfair ban. You are not even sure what program can result in anticheat banning you

Thanks for proving my point even better. You clearly don't even know what you're talking about because GHub is a SINGLE program, there are not GHubs, just the one single audio driver and hardware configuration tool for Logitech devices. It's not even LEGAL to force a user to agree not to run a legitimate software on their machine nor in ANY capacity does the ToS say you cannot run GHub by name or even by description. You are wrong, undeniably and completely.

GTI giving a ban for using functions built into Steam is exactly like the ATF overreaching and thinking they have jurisdiction over zoning laws and pet ownership. If you were a rational thinking individual, you'd realize the whole point I was making is that the anti-cheat gets false positives, they know it gets false positives, they know they shouldn't be getting those false positives, and they don't do anything about the problem because it isn't wide spread enough to be actually effecting performance metrics. It's blatant shotgun tactics for hitting 'cheaters' and in any other game they'd be done fixing the issue already.

It's worse than just getting false bans for having a program they don't like. You can get banned for using functions of the platform it's sold on, i.e. Steam. I got a 24 hour ban for using the Record and Screenshot binds built into Steam as I said a few times. Then, on top of all that there's no in-game appeal system and it's a Google Form with no tie to your in-game account where you can and probably will be ignored for days, weeks, or forever and not have ANY way of knowing 100% what a ban was issued for or if it was justified or not.
