Banned for nothing

Yesterday I got banned for literally nothing. I didn't play Operations mode for 2-3 days, I just sat in the menu and crafted items. Support does not want to give the reason or check the issue, but only receives copy-and-paste answers. I don't have any macros or software. I have been playing actively, day in and day out, on my main account for over a month now instead of creating a new account. It's completely nonsense that the system can ban you for nothing and the support doesn't care at all. I read that some programs such as vanguard, ghub, discord or overlays can cause "detection", but it's funny that support has no intention of checking what really happened and gets the answer that anticheat is not wrong

they know what really happened. they just cannot tell you what really happened. im sure you know what really happened as well, but im sure you cannot tell us what really happened too lmao

always the same. got banned for nothing dont know why unfair bla bla. i know some system can cause this. yeah most of the time THESE systems give you an unfair advantage. just think that way: WHEN a program gives you an advantages DONT USE it. simple as that. have fun beeing banned

Thats cheating dude when did you think you can do this, dont be mad you got caught ITS CHEATING, macros give you a leg up on people..... modifying your mouse to to turn lets say semi autos into autos, or setting a prone with right click, this all cheating unless it can be done threw the game settings. BTW I have ghub but never set macros and I now have over 500 hrs in game and never been banned.

Yeah... Ghub gets quite a few people banned if they are using macros, has been that way since the early tests.

I've been playing in Garena for 2 months. I've been playing here for 3 days. They've detected something in my account and I can't log in. However, the same Garena game is opening right now. I don't know what the problem is.

Dude i just played almost 300h and i have KD 0.6. I played alone and only collected loot. Why would I need macros? To pick up loot faster?

I have been writing to them for 3 days. They keep replying to me with copy and paste messages. And when I try to ask anyone for advice on what to do, they assume that since I was banned, I was cheating

Don't say that because they will come and say that you are cheating and that is why you are receiving such a notification. According to them, anticheat is not wrong and is always right

Been having the same issue for weeks now. I play for a couple hours, then get banned for 24. I know it isn't a "Oh you cheated ban", because they'd just perma-ban me. I am, for all the trolls out there, not cheating, never have, never will- despise cheaters just as much as you probs do.

That being said- I've had a back-and-forth with support for weeks now. Since they're only giving copy-and-paste replies, I defaulted to giving recipe recommendations or asking how their day was- so my replies to the support staff are as fruitful as their answers.

Idk what triggers the AC to go ballistic on anyone, only thing they let through to me is that I get reported quite a lot- I fly the Scout Heli in Warfare, lots of people get annoyed by that -> lots of reports. I have a suspicion though- maybe it is actually Steam and the Steam Overlay the AC is flagging. They don't ban you just for reports, something must alter the Client in some way and if the Steam Overlay does anything REMOTELY suspicious to the game's client, it may trigger a ban. Maybe a clean install of Delta Force through their website is the solution, idk yet though
