freezing on loading screen

HI. Since February 26, I can't play because every time I start the game it gets stuck on the loading screen (the one that says timi studios) and then it either closes or stays stuck and I can't close it without using the task manager.

If I try to open it with the Delta Force Client it advances a little further, but only to where it shows the DF logo and everything crashes, and then it tells me: sailsdk init failed, errorcode:2020002

i'm also occured this error several weeks ago. Everystep from reinstall, verify integrity, run as administrator and uninstall antivirus has been thru but error stilll occured.

Last thing, i tried to reinstall BUT IN THE DIFFERENT STORAGE DRIVE and work for me.
i don't know why but it work for me.
