Why is this game such a BF2042 copy?

The graphics, the spawn screen, the layout, the feeling, everything is like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ BF2042! I bought BF2042 for dirt cheap 1,5 years ago, I'm gonna play that game instead, and delete this copycat.

Because we needed BF alternative for years and there was nothing.
I have BF2042 for a couple of years and played several hundred hours in it.
But DF is alive and BF2042 is dead in the water. So I play DF.
Having missions and achievements makes a lot of difference to me.
