Go to your game folder. Easiest way is right click the game in steam, Manage, Browse Local Files.

Go to the following path;

Steam\steamapps\common\Delta Force\Game\DeltaForce\Saved\Config\WindowsClient

In here, double click UserSystemSettingHD (or right click and open in Notepad)

Here you can manually edit the graphics settings that you may have borked.

Specifically make sure the resolution is correct, or even try a smaller resolution to try to stop your graphics card from getting overwhelmed, this may let you go in and modify some settings in game.

At a guess.. Maybe try Graphics Preset 1..Which may set all graphics to LOW, but that's a total guess from me.

then save the notepad overwriting the current file, and try to boot the game.

It's not really something you should be tinkering with, and you may screw more things up lol.

The alternative would be to DELETE the UserSystemSettingHD file, then in Steam go to validate the game files, it will then replace the UserSystemSettingHD file and hopefully give you one that isn't borked.

Hope this helps, and if it doesn't, don't blame me LOL
