Input lag/latency when firing gun or aiming down sights?

Is anyone having an issue of when right clicking to aim down sights the click doesn't register? sometimes I have to click multiple times and this has lead to quite a few of frustrating deaths. I have hold to aim enabled and it seems to occur quite frequently. multiple times an hour.

This also applies to firing a gun. When left clicking the gun either doesn't shoot for multiple clicks or I click once and the gun continues firing without me holding down left click. I have to left click again to get the gun to stop firing.

I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue and if anyone has found a fix.

I will say I haven't tried a different mouse but nothing similar has happened with the mouse in any other application.

same issue here, didnt fire when left click sometimes in auto mode, but it fire for all left click in single shoot mode.

Wireless mouse? Or wired?
Also, test the mouse outside the game too, sometimes mouse buttons do break down.
